After watching both sets of my grandparents decline due to lack of movement, I have made it my life's work to help others achieve their goals to live their best and healthiest life. I help my clients get connected with their bodies and determine the best exercise program that works for them. I believe that finding the right movement that our bodies need is key, and that can be different for everyone!
